Cancel any time
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your billing settings. Cancelling stops future renewal charges and your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
Refund window
Because access to the analysis desk is granted instantly, subscription periods are generally non-refundable. If you have not used the desk and request a refund within 7 days of your first payment, contact support and we will review it in good faith.
- Duplicate or accidental charges: refunded in full.
- Charges after a cancellation you made correctly: refunded in full.
- A technical fault that prevented access and that we could not fix: refunded for the affected period.
How to request a refund
Email support@aipropsanalysis.lol with the account email, the date of the charge and the amount. We answer refund requests within five business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before starting a chargeback. Most billing problems are faster to resolve directly, and a chargeback suspends access while it is being investigated.
Legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that consumer law gives you in your country of residence.
